Here are some new pictures from when I was at the house for the inspection~ It will be decorated differently once I get in there, but just thought you might like to see more of the inside. Can you see why I liked it so much?!
It looks like a real gem! I love the kitchen. And it makes me happy that it is making you happy. I want to come visit! (I'll wait till the work is done, naturally.) Have you bought that "spare" bed for guests yet? :)
Elaine - I'll be sure to invite you and Beth when it's all done on the inside, and feel free (both you and Beth) to bring your oh-so-handy husbands! We'll give them the option of sitting and chatting with us or tackling some of my to-do projects ;-) haha I wonder which one they'll pick! I have the beds more-or-less chosen, just waiting until I get back to order them~ I'm packing a little bit every night and trying to maintain a consistent color coding, priority system so I will be able to pick up where I left off when I get home and anybody can help me move. hehe!
Gorgeous! What a cute, cheery house. We are so happy for you! Darling house and nice neighborhood. Have a great trip, will look forward to your updates and pictures. Debbie

I've put up a voting section for which look you like best, but I am not committing to adopting it! :-)
I'm still playing catch-up with the albums and postings. This was from late June, when I took a mini get-away from it all, out of cell phone and electricity range! I guess I was too busy enjoying myself to bother with taking pictures! Thanks for the fun times, guys!
Oh boy…this is it! It just hit me today around 5:30 PM that I actually have to think about what I’m going to cook tomorrow! It has been SO NICE not needing to think about cooking/preparing food for this past month. I had my moment of panic but I do have one mini reprieve: I never needed use the emergency meals they send you home with on Day 1. They do that in case something happens and you can’t make it in to pick up food. I never needed them so … vegetarian chili is what is for lunch tomorrow! Tomorrow morning I’ll be trying to remember how to scramble eggs and where I put all my stuff for doing that! 🤪 Tomorrow morning are my final measurements and my final labs. I’m really excited to see the results and hope they continue to be going in the right direction. Fingers crossed! 🤞 Instant gratification has been pretty nice, seeing changes after just 2-3 weeks, but I understand with more time they will continue to improve if I stick with it. Here is my photo...
