Flirty Thirties, Sporty Forties

This morning, I heard someone knocking on my door. It was the neighbor to the southeast that I've never met. He told me the retaining wall had fallen down between me and the neighbor overnight and I had a Great Dane in my yard! I went outside to look and sure enough - no more wall! Here are a couple pictures of the aftermath. Now for the fun part -- figuring out whose property it was on originally for insurance purposes! Clearly it's on his now! ;) Ugh!

For the second time in my life, I went to camp! Luckily this was just for a few hours and didn't leave me with bad waterslide memories! Here are some of the cards I made, plus the one with dots is something I made tonight so I'd know how each color looks on white paper. Too cute :-)

So much is right about this picture.  A soft, fluffy little white puppy with the cutest little eyes and nose and a happy red & white polka dot mug.  I'm in love with this picture!  I'm back to wanting a dog!

 New photos added~ I'm learning how to make flowers this week! Week 1 = stars Week 2 = icing a cake, lines, dimensional decorations (aka globbing on the frosting) Week 3 = flowers, icing cupcakes, filling cupcakes

I'm taking a cake decorating class! I have some friends who are making beautiful cakes and they've inspired me. I really just want to make cute cupcakes, but it's always fun to develop a new skill! Absolutely love this song!! For some reason, I really love the line "you can't shoot a male in the tail like a quail"! So true.

Oops, I'm way behind on posting things on here! I'll try to catch up over the next few days. Most of it is on Facebook but not everyone has that, so I'll keep this up too. I'm still in Yakima, I'm still single, and I haven't gone back to my Mountain Dew drinking ways. :-)
